Judicial Review of Local Plan Part II

A Judicial Review of the Council decision to adopt the Local Plan Part II was made by Norton St Phillip Parish Council on 28^th January 2022.

The judgement and order was published on the 16^th December 2022.  505 homes included in Local Plan Part II were deemed unlawful.
