Joe is 37, and served formerly as a District and Parish Councillor, as well as having worked in Parliament. He Clerks for 2 Parish Councils in Somerset, whilst running his own Property Management company. He is also a qualified HGV Driver, having worked inthe industry previously for over 10 years.
Joe is an active runner, and fundraises for charity every year.
He lives in Wells, with his partner Jay, and cat Nemo.
